Patrick and Toll Consortium complete purchase of National Rail and Freightcorp

The consortium of Toll Holdings and Patrick Corporation today announced it had completed the acquisition of National Rail and Freightcorp.

In a joint statement Managing Directors of Toll and Patrick, Mr Paul Little and Mr Chris Corrigan said, "the acquisition was completed in accordance with our successful bid submission and our management team is now in place in the new business".
