THE OFFER

APPLICATIONS FOR TOLL RPS
Applications for Toll RPS under the Prospectus will not be accepted by Toll during the period of seven days after the date of the Prospectus, or such other period (not exceeding fourteen days), as ASIC may require (Exposure Period).

Application Forms will only be available with the Prospectus following the end of the Exposure Period. Applications for Toll RPS may only be made on the Application Form attached to or accompanying the Prospectus (including the electronic copy of the Prospectus following the end of the Exposure Period).
